On the application, the following error message appears:

"authorization has been denied for this request"


This message is due to updates during the winter of 2017. This affects some smartphones. All you have to do is disconnect and reconnect from the application, without uninstalling. For this purpose:



On iOS applications

  1. In the application, click on Menu, then Disconnect
  2. On the login screen, enter your email and password

The information should then be displayed.

If the application asks you if you want to perform a calibration, it means that it is no longer up to date. Please delete the application and download it again.



On Android applications

  1. In the application, click on Menu, then Disconnect
  2. In the phone settings, go to storage, then select the Flipr application, click on "delete cache" or "clear cache".
  3. Re-open the application. On the login screen, enter your email and password
  4. The application will ask you if you have already done a calibration: click on Yes
  5. The application will ask you if you have already done a calibration / test strip: click on Yes


The information should then be displayed.
