During calibration, the application disconnected you. You are facing one of the following situations:


  • The "pH Calibration - Current Measurement" screen appears, but the progress bar at the bottom of the screen has not progressed for more than 2 minutes.
  • OR The "pH Calibration - Current Measurement" screen appears, the progress bar is complete, but nothing has been happening for more than 2 minutes.
  • OR an error message was displayed "The connection has expired" or "This connection has timed out unexpectedly"

For IOS applications

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Close the application: double - click on the central button of the iPhone. Drag the Flipr page upwards.
  2. Restart the application. Perform a new calibration (you may be asked to log in to your account again).
  3. If the problem persists: Delete the application (long press on the icon, then click on the cross in the upper left corner).
  4. Reinstall the application by going to the AppStore and restart a calibration.

For Android applications

Here's what you need to do:


  1. Close the application: press the square button (the one at the bottom left) for a long time: windows appear. Locate the Flipr window and click on the cross.
  2. Restart the application. Perform a new calibration (you may be asked to log in to your account again).
  3. If the problem persists: Remove the application (long press on the icon, then click on "uninstall" which appears at the top left).
  4. Reinstall the application by going to the PlayStore and restart a calibration.
