During configuration, the application fails to connect to Flipr. You are in front of one of these situations:
- After creating your account, the "Flipr Search" screen appears, but nothing happens.
- OR you have started a calibration (pH7 or pH4): the "Connecting to Flipr in progress" screen appears but nothing is happening.
For IOS applications
Here's what you need to do:
- Remove the application from your smartphone by long pressing the icon and then clicking on the cross in the upper left corner.
- Go to the App Store, then download the FLIPR application again.
- BEFORE OPENING THE APPLICATION: go to "Settings" on your iPhone, click on "Bluetooth", then turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds. Turn it back on again.
- Open the application: Log in to your account or create a new account, and follow the registration process.

For Android applications
Here's what you need to do:
- Remove the application from your smartphone by long pressing the icon, then clicking on "uninstall" at the top left of the screen.
- Go to Google's PlayStore, then download the FLIPR application again.
- BEFORE OPENING THE APPLICATION: go to "Settings" on your smartphone, then turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds. Turn it back on again.
- Open the application: Log in to your account or create a new account, and follow the registration process.
