During configuration, the application fails to connect to Flipr. You are in front of one of these situations:

  • After creating your account, the "Flipr Search" screen appears, but nothing happens.
  • OR you have started a calibration (pH7 or pH4): the "Connecting to Flipr in progress" screen appears but nothing is happening.


For IOS applications

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Remove the application from your smartphone by long pressing the icon and then clicking on the cross in the upper left corner.
  2. Go to the App Store, then download the FLIPR application again.
  3. BEFORE OPENING THE APPLICATION: go to "Settings" on your iPhone, click on "Bluetooth", then turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds. Turn it back on again.
  4. Open the application: Log in to your account or create a new account, and follow the registration process.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Remove the application from your smartphone by long pressing the icon, then clicking on "uninstall" at the top left of the screen.
  2. Go to Google's PlayStore, then download the FLIPR application again.
  3. BEFORE OPENING THE APPLICATION: go to "Settings" on your smartphone, then turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds. Turn it back on again.
  4. Open the application: Log in to your account or create a new account, and follow the registration process.
